"In January of 2009, Every Child Matters Education Fund held a Children's Inaugural Ball in D.C. during Inauguration week. We expected a crowd of about 4,000-many of them children of various ages. While we had great activities for the really young kids, we needed more entertainment for the "older" crowd of tweens.
